Chanand products are not tested on animals. In the EU, the sale of skincare products tested on animals has been banned since 2013.

Are Chanand products vegan?

Our products are vegan because our priority is to choose only plant-based ingredients and suppliers that respect animals and the environment.

Is the product packaging recyclable?

Yes, it is 100% recyclable. Chanand bottles are made of PP plastic. We know that our products are often used in bathrooms and are often exposed to physical shocks. If a piece of glass falls and breaks, it can cause injury; plastic packaging does not represent such a risk. Also, the transport of plastic packaging is much more economical and efficient for the environment than the transport of glass; has a lower impact on the environment easier transport that consumes less energy.

What type of bottles do you use?

We use refiliable airless bottles.

I opted for this solution because:

  • It preserves antioxidants that help reduce skin cell damage caused by free radicals in the body. Antioxidants begin to break down when exposed to air and light through the process of oxidation. Think of an apple that turns brown shortly after you cut it; the same degradation process begins as soon as antioxidants are exposed to air, diminishing their ability to fight free radicals.

  • Extends product shelf life. Protection from air and light helps to keep the products stable. Most lotions and creams are a combination of and oil brought together with an emulsifier. Light, air, heat and other environmental variables can cause emulsification over time, affecting product usability.
  • Controlled dosage. Getting the right amount of product in skincare packaging can be a challenge. It often happens that we take out too much product at once. And putting the product back after increases the risk of contamination. Airless packs dispense an exact amount so you can be sure you have the right amount for your needs. And if your container is stored upside down in your bag or sitting on its side in a bathroom cabinet, don’t worry . The airless vacuum container defies gravity, ensuring that the product is stored in maximum safety.
  • No product waste. The airless container is excellent when it comes to not wasting a single gram of product. Everyone knows that skin care can be expensive. So there is nothing more frustrating to see the product untouchable and impossible to use. Over the course of a year, using airless containers can save you considerable amounts of money because of the disc that pushes the product up from the bottom and has a seal along the edges, scraping off the last product.


How do I order online?

How long does it take for the order to arrive and which company delivers it?

The order arrives at your 1-2 days. You can find the information related to the delivery period on the page of each product under the “Add to cart” button, together with all the available information of the respective product. You can find the deadline by email after making the payment or in your customer account, in the “Orders” section.
The delivery of the order to your address is ensured by the courier companies Fan Courier, GLS, DPD, Sameday, Nemo Express within the interval specified when placing the order.

How do I know the products will be shipped to me?

When the products leave from us, you will receive a notification by email, where we will communicate the AWB number of the package, so you can track it. You will also receive an SMS notification from the courier regarding the date and estimated time interval in which the parcel will be delivered.

Why I can’t place cash on delivery orders?

You can place orders with payment on delivery, within the limit of €500


What are the payment methods?

The payment methods by which you can pay an order are:

  • online payment by card – is made exclusively through Netopia Payments.
  • cash payment on delivery or POS with card on delivery – payment is made in lei, in full, upon delivery of the parcel by the courier agent;

Credit card and debit card payments for orders are processed through Netopia Payments, which is a secure and trusted payment gateway. We do not store any card information on our platform.

Where can I find the invoices?

To protect the planet, our invoices are available in electronic format. You can find them on the email with which you placed the order, where you can download and print them. If you don’t find them in your inbox, please check the spam section of your email or contact us at

Can I receive the invoice on the company?

Yes. Before completing the order, add the Tax Identification Number to the section “Do you need a company invoice? If you forgot to mention this, you can send us an e-mail at, and we will help you issue an invoice with the company’s data, but no later than the 18th of the month.

I provided the wrong delivery address, how do I change it?

Shipping address changes can only be processed within one business day of placing the order. Write us on the contact form or email with your order number (you will find this in the order confirmation email) –– we will take care of the rest!


How long can I register the return?

You can return any product free of charge within a maximum of 30 days from the date of delivery of the parcel.

Are there any products I cannot return?

Used products cannot be returned, as they may endanger the health of consumers if they have been unsealed.

The value of the returned products will be transferred to the specified bank account, within a maximum of 14 days.

We recommend that before placing an order, you create an account on Chanand.
