The delivery period is from 1 to 2 working days within Romania and 3-5 working days in Europe, Switzerland, and/or the United Kingdom.
For orders equal to or greater than 999 lei (200€), we provide FREE SHIPPING.
For orders that do not exceed the value of 999 lei, the shipping cost is 18 lei (3€) for Romania, 60 lei (12€) in all European countries, and 180 lei (36€) in the UK.
If you want to return certain products, the cost of the final order will be recalculated, and if it falls below 999 lei, the initial shipping fee will be paid – 18 lei!
The prices shown are valid for collaboration with our delivery partners. For the standard rate of 18 lei.
Because we want to protect nature, your invoice will be found in the email used for the order.
Returning products
According to Ordinance no. 34/2014, regarding the legal regime of distance contracts, the products are returned within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the package. The customer has the right to return any product within 14 calendar days of its receipt and may request a refund, exchange it with another product or return the value in the form of a voucher. In these cases, the cash value returned, the product replaced, or the return of the consideration in the form of a voucher refers strictly to the cost of the products, excluding shipping charges.
• The customer pays for the transport related to the returned product.
• Reimbursement of the product value will be initiated within 1-2 days of receiving the returned products. For orders paid by card, the amount will be returned to the same card used for the transaction within 3-30 days of accepting the return.
Only products in the exact form in which they were delivered, accompanied by the purchase invoice, are accepted for return.
The following are not accepted for return:
• Products showing signs of wear;
• Products that do not have intact labels and have broken or erased seals.
• Products with packaging damaged in any way.
If the returned product is damaged as a result of improper use, has clear signs of misuse and does not allow us to re-market it, we reserve the right to refuse the product.
Product return procedure
• Make sure that the product exactly meets the above conditions.

• Pack the product properly to protect it from shocks that may occur during transport. Products that are returned in improper form due to defective packaging will not be able to benefit from the return guarantee.
Send the package to: S.C. SKINCORES S.R.L., Romania, Bucuresti, sector 4, Strada Verzisori nr. 36-38, postal code: 040301, by any fast courier service. Packages with cash on delivery are not accepted for return.
After receiving the parcel, you will be contacted by a member of the Customer Relations department who will deal with the return of your product.
If the product(s) do not exactly comply with the conditions mentioned above, our company reserves the right not to accept the return of the products. The cost of round-trip transport falls on the customer.
